How to import textures to Procreate

Unlock new creative possibilities by directly importing custom textures from the BRUSH app to Procreate.

To fully experience our content, please install Procreate or Procreate Dream on your iPad or Procreate Pocket on your iPhone. These apps are required to access and use the content.

PNG Textures

  1. Choose the texture pack from the BRUSH app library to import into Procreate.
  2. Tap on the Download button and wait while the texture file is downloaded.
  3. Tap on the Install to Procreate button.
  4. A popup window will appear, asking where to open the file. Select Save to Files from the list and save it in a folder you want to store it.
  5. Go to Procreate and open the Actions menu.
  6. Select Insert a file from the menu.
  7. Locate your folder with textures in Files.
  8. Tap your chosen texture to import.

Texture Templates

  1. Navigate to the location of your Textures files.
  2. Select the texture .procreate the file that you would like.
  3. The texture .procreate file will load, open automatically, and be ready to use.
